Hello, my name is Garry L Wedlow I am currently the Production Director for AACC military aircraft repair center based out of Jeddah Saudi Arabia. I have worked with and for AACC for more than 10 years. First as a Honeywell engineering representative for the certification of AACC on the Overhaul and repair capability for the F-15 Secondary Power Systems and for the past 2 years as the Director of Production here in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. During my time at AACC I've gotten to know Abdalhady Talat Joharji on a professional and personal level. As I had previously stated I've known Abdalhady as a friend, subordinate, and student for the past three years. In that time we have become good friends. We have worked side by side during my training classes and in support the F-15 secondary power system overhaul and repairs. As the director of production it is a must to have trust in the capability of your subordinates. When Boeing requested we dedicate several personnel to be qualified on the newly acquired CMM system, Abdalhady was hand-picked to be trained and upon completing the training oversee the CMM operation, service and any future training of AACC personnel. Abdalhady's ability to quickly understand the CMM operation and execute all tasks during the training process was noted by the Boeing instructor and several supervisors along with myself. Abdalhady is also a good friend, I know by saying this I may seem slightly prejudice in my statements. However if he were not a person of an honest, loyal nature with a trusting nature I could not in all fairness make that statement. Over these past three years I have seen Abdalhady developing into an outstanding technician, engineer, supervisor and teacher. He is always projecting a positive attitude with his coworker making him an excellent role model for newly assigned technicians to AACC and on the production floor. He has helped to instill the kind of work ethics and self-image that we at AACC are looking for. Abdalhady has principles that he is always striving to live by, and is always willing to give his support to others. Abdalhady Talat Joharji would be an asset to any company, he will be greatly missed as an employee and a friend here in AACC.
